The hotel was lovely but you do need a car. The Onsen and treatments were superb. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to walk the lovely grounds.

The setting is restful and serene. The staff is attentive but not intrusive. Very nice appointments and amenities. The onsen is beautiful... indoor and outdoor baths, with a very hot whirlpool. It's a luxurious hotel. Spacious lobby, with a bar and an outdoor patio.

Hotspring! Yes, it's free hotspring baths everyday. We enjoyed it on both days. Breakfast is good too.

We loved our room! It was larger than we had expected, the beds were super comfy, and the hot spring bath on the deck was a perfect choice for us. Also, the hotel also has a bus stop directly in front of their parking lot so it made getting around easy.

I love everything about the hotel. It’s located in a beautiful area and it has an amazing very well maintained garden that gives a spectacular view! The private onsen was amazing, especially after a long day around Hakone. Will definitely stay again.

Nice with the onsen in the hotel that is free. The bus stops right outside the hotel so it’s easy to get around in the area if you don’t have a car. Rooms are large compared to normal Japanese hotel rooms

The room with the hot spring bath was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. It was peaceful and tranquil and we loved our stay there!
