The hotel was lovely but you do need a car. The Onsen and treatments were superb. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to walk the lovely grounds.

It is a nice hotel that has definitely seen better days. The building is beautiful, the rooms are very big and the onsen is very well equipped and with a nice design. There is a bus stop practically just outside the hotel, named after it.

The setting is restful and serene. The staff is attentive but not intrusive. Very nice appointments and amenities. The onsen is beautiful... indoor and outdoor baths, with a very hot whirlpool. It's a luxurious hotel. Spacious lobby, with a bar and an outdoor patio.

We loved our room! It was larger than we had expected, the beds were super comfy, and the hot spring bath on the deck was a perfect choice for us. Also, the hotel also has a bus stop directly in front of their parking lot so it made getting around easy.

Hotspring! Yes, it's free hotspring baths everyday. We enjoyed it on both days. Breakfast is good too.

I love everything about the hotel. It’s located in a beautiful area and it has an amazing very well maintained garden that gives a spectacular view! The private onsen was amazing, especially after a long day around Hakone. Will definitely stay again.
